Dry Cleaning received before 9:00a.m. will be returned the next day. Closed Sunday and Holiday. The hotel is not responsible for anything of value left in pockets or fastened to garments, please remove such items before sending clothing to valet. N.B. Prices shown are minimum and may be higher according to fabrics and design. The hotel is not responsible for damage to synthetic fibers, belts, ties and silk items. They will be processed at owner's risk. The Hotel will not be responsible for clothes which fade or shrink. The hotel will not be responsible for valet unclaimed after 90 days. Articles requiring special care (time and labour) are charged accordingly, unless a list of articles accompanies the package, our count must be accepted as correct. Any claim must be made to the Duty Manager within 24 hours after articles are returned from the valet and must be accompanied by the original list. In the case of loss or damage, the Hotel will only be responsible for the same sum. As our charges are based on production not on the value of the article.

الغسيل على الناشف يعاد في اليوم التالي اما الغسيل العادي الذي يجري تسليمه قبل التاسعة صباحا" يعاد بنفس اليوم ما عدا ايام الآحاد والأعياد. الإدارة غير مسؤولة عن أية اشياء ذات قيمة تكون قد تركت داخل الغسيل أو في حال تبديل الالوان. ملاحظة : ان الاسعار المدونة هي الحد الادنى والاسعار قد تكون اغلى للألبسة ذات النوعية المميزة بالنوع والشكل. الادارة غير مسؤولة عن انكماش الاقمشة، واية اعتراضات يجب ان توجه الى المدير المسؤول مباشرة خلال 24 ساعة.وفي حال فقدان او تلف لأي من القطع فان الإدارة تقوم برد قيمة القطعة التالفة او المفقودة.
